Housesitter Wanted: Cozy Kentish Town Flat

I'm away from 19 November to 27 December and looking for a house-sitter to stay in my flat and look after it while I'm gone.

£2,200 for a 4-week stay, and the 5th week is free, so you can stay the full period for the same price. Priced per week at £550, (so no discount for shorter stays).

I set up the flat with the feeling of a hotel in mind: plenty of soft, new white towels and linens, a kitchen well stocked with restaurant-supplier utensils, cozy lighting, ample storage, and a peaceful den upstairs with a 65" TV and tower speakers, perfect for movie nights or a guest on the (remarkably comfortable) pull-out sofa bed.

The flat is on the top two floors: kitchen and living room (with a piano and dining table) downstairs; bathroom, bedroom and movie room / guest room upstairs. 1 bedroom, plus a second room set up as a movie room / office (there's a fold-down desk), with a great pull-out sofa (honestly comfortable) for a guest. 1 bathroom.

There's a private stair landing on entry to leave shoes and coats, as the flat is mostly carpeted.

The street is very quiet; the only noise is during the day, when you hear the children at the local primary school playing in the yard. Super fast WiFi (500+ Mbps), a workspace, hot water and great water pressure, Alexa smart speakers in every room, and a washer and dryer in the kitchen.

Transport: a short walk to Kentish Town West (Overground) or Chalk Farm (Northern line). On request, I can also leave you a key to my Swapfiets bicycle.

No parties, no smoking, no pets. Piano playing only between 10am and 10pm.
