Rent is £700 including bills. Sometimes in the height of winter we gotta put some money towards gas. But electricity is completely covered.
The flat is located off the high street - we have the tube, which is the northern line, two overground station and buses that run 24/7 near us.
We’re all mates (who met from living with eachother. and love for someone to move in who loves a good time/hang out, clean, etc.
