My flatmate is moving out, so a double room is available in our 3-bed flat in Kentish Town from 22 November.

The room: Bright, furnished double with a wardrobe, desk and plenty of shelves. Shared bathroom.

The flat: Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, a bathroom with a bathtub (a bit old) and a huge, cosy living room.

About us: We’re 2 young flatmates: me, Hamid, from France, and Tom, from England. We’re both big food lovers and Arsenal fans, but supporting another team isn’t a dealbreaker, haha

The area:

Around 7 min walk to Kentish Town station and 10 min to Tufnell Park
Direct connection to King’s Cross and Tottenham Court Road in 20 min
Asda Local 1 min away
Hampstead Heath 5 min away by bike
One of London’s best bakeries 5 min away

The details:

Rent: £810 per month
Bills: around £190 per month, including Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, council tax and cleaning (around £1,000 per month all in)
