Lovey, cozy safe haven to call home

I’m looking for someone lovely to rent the second bedroom in my flat in Kidbrooke, SE London, ideally from 1st November – 1st December. I could potentially be flexible and have someone move in from around 25th October if needed.

Please note: the room is only available until 1st December as my sister is moving in permanently after that, so unfortunately there is no possibility of extending beyond this date. Please only enquire if you already have a plan for December onwards. 😊

🏡 £950 for the month – all bills included. Will be higher if you come for 5 weeks.

The flat is a beautiful, spacious home and you’d be sharing with me and my cat, Gypsy 🐈, so ideally I’m looking for someone who likes animals/cats!

Location-wise it’s super convenient:
• Around 2 minutes’ walk from Kidbrooke train station
• Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Starbucks and a pub practically on the doorstep
• Around 15 minutes from Blackheath
• Great transport connections into central London

A little about me — I’m an actor, so my schedule varies and I work all over the place, but I also spend a fair amount of time at home doing self-tapes and voice recordings.

I’d ideally love someone in their late 20s–late 30s who is clean, tidy, respectful and considerate of the space. I’m not looking for a party-house situation or someone who regularly wants to bring lots of people home — I’d just really like someone chilled and lovely who will treat the flat as their home while they’re here. 💕
