• You’ll have the main bathroom all to yourself (flatmate has the en-suite)

The bills:
• Rent: £1147.50/month
• Bills: approx. £76.85/month + water top-ups
• Deposit: approx. £1325 (based on what I originally paid)
• You will need to pass referencing with Goodlord
• Tenancy until October 2026 - With option to renew further.

Perfect for commuters – Kidbrooke Station is just a 2-minute walk, and there are loads of local bus stops nearby for easy travel around London.

Who you’ll live with:
