Double En-suite Room Kidbrooke Village

I am looking for a flatmate to share my 2-bed, 2-bathroom flat in Kidbrooke Village.

The room has an ensuite and is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, built in double wardrobe with the option of a desk for occasional home working.

I own the flat so it feels like a home rather than a typical rental. It is a 2 minute walk to Kidbrooke Station with frequent trains to London Bridge (20 mins), Cannon Street (25 mins) and Charing Cross (25 mins) - all via Lewisham. It is walkable to Blackheath Village and Greenwich Park.

I am Euan (35y/o) and work in Local Government. I’m in the office 3 times a week and I lead an active lifestyle outside of work (running, swimming, gym classes, cycling etc.). I also travel quite regularly so you’ll have the flat to yourself some of the time. I’m looking for someone who is considerate, generally tidy and wants to treat the flat as their home too.
