Private En-Suite Room – Kidbrooke Village – From £950/month Lodgers or 1100£ full time.

Due to work commitments, I’ll be away for a while and I’m looking to rent out my room, ideally for a stay of around 6 months. There may be the possibility to extend or renew beyond 6 months if my time away is extended.

This is a very private and comfortable en-suite room with its own entrance, completely separated from the main part of the flat by two lockable doors. It’s set up almost like a small hotel room/studio, fully furnished and ready to move into — including bed linen, towels and everything you need from day one.

The room has its own small kitchenette area, allowing you to prepare meals independently. Equipment includes:

* Fridge
* Microwave
* Small oven
* Toaster
* Coffee machine
* Kettle
* Hot pot for cooking pasta, rice, etc.
* Washing machine & dryer
* Private bathroom with shower
* TV

The flat is in a modern building in Kidbrooke Village, with concierge services for parcels and deliveries, secure bicycle parking and an excellent location just 1 minute from Kidbrooke Station.

The landlady and her mother live in the other, completely separate part of the flat, giving you a high level of privacy and independence.

Especially suitable for professionals, students or anyone working from home who wants a comfortable, quiet and private space without the usual feeling of living in a shared flat.

Rental options:

£330 – one-week stay
£1,100/month – standard monthly rental
£950/month – lodgers welcome

For female tenants, access to the main kitchen and living room can also be discussed if required, for an additional cost.

Initially available for up to 6 months, with the possibility of extending for a longer period depending on whether my stay away from London is extended.
