Hi there!

We have a furnished double room to rent from approximately mid-September 2026 (exact date TBC, there may be flexibility for an earlier move-in). The room has lots of daylight as the apartment is located on the 8th floor with spectacular views over London.

We are looking for someone who is considerate of others, friendly and clean.

There is an eat in kitchen with all appliances (fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher), a bathroom with bath and electric shower, hallway with lots of storage space (everyone has got its own built-in cupboard). There is no living room, but our kitchen has a dining table and 4 chairs.

Available for minimum 6 months (longer stays very welcome) with all bills included (council tax, electricity, gas, water, fast fibre broadband). One month deposit is needed.

Excellent transport links - only 3 minutes walk to Kilburn Station (Jubilee Line-Zone 2) and 5 min to Brondesbury Station (Overground). It takes only 9 min to get to Baker Street! 11 minutes to Bond Street Station, 22min to London Bridge and 26min to Canary Wharf. Bus routes (1min to a bus stop) : 16, 32, 189, 316, 332, 632, N16.

Right next to lively Kilburn High Road with all sort of shops, supermarkets, pubs, fruit markets and lots of coffee shops.

Vibrant West Hampstead High Road and Queen’s Park High Road are walking distance, Thameslink rail station at West Hampstead is close (trains directly to Gatwick and Luton airports), Hampstead Heath is 5min by overground. Or less than 30min walk and you can be in picturesque Hampstead.
