I am renting a room in my sunny and clean, spacious home. This flat is located in a very secure gated community next to Kilburn tube station (jubilee line). Super convenient location and amenities on your door step !

3rd floor with lift. There is free residents access to a large heated pool & jacuzzi, and gym., and 24/7 concierge. All bills are included. I have my own business so am a mix of WFH and using co working spaces. I also work part time in a local yoga studio as I recently completed my teacher training. I don’t drink alcohol but don’t mind if you do, I just don’t want it to be a party house. I really love the chill vibe this space has. I’d like it to feel like a space we can both enjoy and call home. It’s clean, safe and well decorated / furnished.

This is a 2 bed flat with 2 bathrooms (my room has an ensuite so you’d have this second family bathroom essentially to yourself)

I am looking to rent to females only, who are seeking a clean home with a peaceful vibe. Open to short lets as the flat is actually listed to sell, but that process does take several months …
