The flat is a lovely space with relatively new amenities, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, microwave, kettle, oven etc.

The flat is between Kilburn, Cricklewood and West Hampstead. 10 minute walk to W. Hampstead and 30 minute walk from Hampstead Heath. 10-15 minutes walk to Cricklewood Station, W. Hampstead Overground and Tube, David Lloyd Club, The Gym Group and 5 minute walk from Kilburn Station and 7 minute walk from Brondesbury Park. A lot of buses go by that go to Central London and North London, White City. The flat could not be more connected. A lot of shops nearby, especially in Kilburn High road, and there is a Tesco, Sainsbury's and Co-op within walking distance.

The flat is situated between Mill Lane and Fordwych road, both quiet and lovely picturesque streets with a nice, friendly community.
