Big Double Room for Female - Kilburn

Hi there! 👋

We’re three thirty somethings looking for a new female flatmate to join our home - a calm, comfortable, and relaxing space in a great location between Kilburn and Queen's Park.

About us:
Me - Ignacio (38) - from Argentina and works in finance. Sociable and relaxed; I like spending my free time watching movies and series, going out with friends, and practising martial arts.

Amanda - (30s) from Argentina and works in private chartering.

Kate - (33) from Hertfordshire and works as a public servant. Enjoys dancing, painting, writing, and being creative outside of work. Enjoys spending time with friends and can often be found at Queens Park Farmers market on a Sunday morning.

(A fourth person, Ron, also lives in the house in a studio, which is almost self-contained (own kitchenette and bathroom). We don't often bump into him, but he's very friendly).

About the Room:

ALL BILLS INCLUDED

Everyone has their own fridge and plenty of storage

Large fully furnished room with a comfortable bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk, and large wardrobe.

Shared spaces:

Two bathrooms shared between three people (I have my own)

Clean, well-maintained common areas

Responsive landlord who’s very quick to sort any issues

Who we’re looking for:

Someone friendly, tidy, clean, and considerate who enjoys a relaxed home environment. We have a monthly cleaning rota to help keep the common spaces clean and tidy.

We do BBQs, drinks, and park trips together from time to time, but this isn’t a party house.
