A cozy & functional room will be available from October in Kilburn.

The room is compact but well-designed, with a bunk bed, a couch and some storage. The house itself is spacious, featuring a bright and airy kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a private massive garden. You'll be sharing with two girls and one guy, and we're looking for a fourth flatmate, preferably a girl, to join our relaxed, clean and friendly home.

The house is in good condition, with all essential amenities, and is conveniently located close to bus and tube stations, as well as supermarkets within walking distance.

**Rent is £602 + bills (covering council tax, water, internet, gas, and electricity). Rent is likely to slightly increase as we sign the new contract.
The room comes fully furnished and furnitures will need to be purchased from the previous tenant (fixed price of £200)

About the flat share, we are 3 professionals, one of us works in finance, one in education and one in films. We all have our own schedule but enjoy spending time and having chats together. We also respect each other privacy. We are looking for someone who will fit well with us, be tidy and respectful of the house, and feel at home here.
