The double room is spacious, with its own bathroom. It comes with a comfortable double bed and ample storage space in the wardrobes. There is also a vanity unit which has been doubling as a desk space.

You’ll be living with two professional female housemates (26 & 27) who are chill, respectful, and always down for a chat.

The flat itself has a great living area and a spacious kitchen/living room. With a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the spacious common area, the flat never feels crowded.

Ideally a new flatmate will be friendly, respectful, clean and tidy, and looking for a relaxed living environment. This isn’t a party flat so we’d prefer someone who doesn’t frequently host guests or have people coming and going.

Location and area description:
- 10 min walk to Kilburn Sta, Jubilee line
- 10 min walk to West Hampstead Sta and even shorter distance to the Overground.
- While on the high street its a very peaceful flat and has green space right next door.

The details:
The rent is £700 per month excluding bills
(bills include wifi, electricity & gas and council tax which come to about £150 per month).

The contract start date is 2nd June and move in can be from the afternoon of 1st June
