Our lovely housemate is moving out to live with her partner, so we’re looking for a new person to join our friendly home!

We’re looking for a professional woman who works from home/office and is keen to join a relaxed and respectful house share.

🏠 The House:

Spacious ground floor flat with 3 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom, and a shared garden (which even has a swing set).
Short walk from Kilburn underground - flat feels very safe and we've never felt uncomfortable with the walk.

Room only comes with a chest of drawers, unfortunately no bed 💀

Bills - Around £90

📍 Location:
Round the corner from Kilburn underground (5 mins)
Down the road from Brondesbury overground (10 mins)
West Hampstead Thameslink a 20 min walk

The vibe in the flat is quite chill as we are both friends from school. We do love to socialise and hang out but there's no pressure to do so, we've each got our own things going on.
We don't mind if you have a partner but wouldn't like an unintentional 4th flatmate in one.

We need someone to sign up before May 23rd, which is a tight deadline. The room will be available July 23rd. We'd ideally want someone more long term to move in.
