TV freelancer looking for Kilburn/Zone 2 flatmate!

My name's Will, I'm a 25-year old idiot looking in TV and I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in a nifty little flat in Kilburn, NW2. My old flatmate is moving out of our 2-bedroom flat and I’m looking for someone to replace him! The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is!

- 15 minute’s walk to West Hampstead Thameslink (10 minutes to St Pancras!)

Lots nearby to enjoy! Close proximity to West Hampstead and Queen’s Park. 15 minutes to Hampstead Heath by Overground. Seven pubs within a 10 minute walk and 20 minutes to Central London!

The move-in date is 29 May. Rent is £937.50pcm, deposit is £1038.46, and bills tend to be roughly £210 a month (council tax E + wifi + water + gas/leccy dependent on usage). Parking is available but you will have to buy a permit through Camden Council.

I’m Will, I’m 25, and I work in TV! I’m a big fan of films, music, comedy, finding strange events to go to, and occasionally competing in the Microsoft Excel Championships!

I’m looking for a like-minded person who's quite social and up for a natter, but also perfectly happy to do our own things. I love a little get-together in the flat occasionally, but mostly quite like a quiet home. I do love cooking and spend a lot of time in the kitchen to relax, so looking for someone who doesn’t mind cooking in the same room as me!
