The room is bright and cosy with a big window, making it a good fit for someone looking for a comfortable home in a bustling and well-connected part of London. You'll share a large bathroom with one other flatmate (30F), while the spacious kitchen and living area are shared with both housemates (30F and 27M).

We're looking for someone who enjoys living in a social space. We like hanging out and catching up in over a drink now and then, but everyone also has their own friends, hobbies, and routines. We'd love to find someone who's happy to be part of the household rather than just passing through 😊

The flat is just a couple of minutes' walk from both the Jubilee line and the Overground, making it super easy to get around London. There are loads of grocery stores, cafés, pubs, and takeaway spots nearby, plus Kilburn Grange Park and its tennis courts are just around the corner.
