Double room in quiet flat with cat

Looking for a new roommate and cat lover to join our 3-bed flat in kilburn.
We are a quiet, professional flat (one of us working early morning and the other late night, we try to respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am) although we have a friendly relationship and are always happy to chat in the kitchen or help each other out.

We have a 6 year old cat, Olivia, and are looking for someone happy to live with our fluff ball and who can give her a little love and attention, experienced cat lover or not.
As for the humans: we have Christos, Greek, 39y/o, working as a scaffolder. Christos works early mornings till mid afternoon and likes his own time when he is home but is a handy fixer and problem solver.
Then myself, Angela, French, 24 y/o, working as a wine waitress in Mayfair or as special effects artist in the film industry when I get called into a project for a few weeks. I also like some quiet time at home since my life is very social but am always happy to have a coffee and a little chat.

We place a lot of importance on cleanliness and equality in chores. We have an easy calender we follow for cleaning and it's usually a breeze if everyone is happy to participate when their turn comes.

The room comes furnished and is a large double room with a big window which has lots of potential. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped (oven-microwave-hob-dishwasher-washing machine-dryer) and we have large designated cupboards for food storage. You would be sharing a big fridge with myself, so a full two shelves.
And our shower has great pressure!

We're just off the high road, making it roughly a 10 minute walk to kilburn station (jubilee), kilburn park (bakerloo) and brondesbury and kilburn high road for overgrounds (lioness and mildmay). We are also less than a 10 minute walk from lovely Lonsdale road in Queens Park, where you can find a huge farmers market every Sunday and lots of snazzy bars and coffee shops. Or you can walk 15min and find yourself in West Hampstead.
