welcome to Christchurch Avenue, i am sub letting a lovely double bedroom with ample storage, private balcony and private ensuite bathroom. The flat is well furnished and i am travelling for a few weeks in early October, i am planning to return to London mid / late November possibly in December. You must be a dog lover, i have a 6 year male boxer whom will require your attention when you pass each other in the hallway, kitchen and living room. You will be the sole tenant during the booking until i return to London.

I am a young 55 year old business owner and easy going and relaxed, i dont like drama in my downtime and hope to let the room to a laid back professional person who is tidy and relaxed.
