Room available from 17th Sep, Kilburn, £724 pcm
Hi! Our roommate is moving out of her room to her own place, so we are looking for someone to take over her spot in a brilliant five-bed houseshare in the heart of Kilburn.
The room is upstairs, faces the garden, and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, etc.
The house is located just minutes from Kilburn High Road and all its amenities (Sainsbury's, M&S, Aldi, Boots) and a short walk from Queen's Park. Transport links are excellent: the Bakerloo and Jubilee lines are nearby, as are the Overground and buses for easy access across London.
There is a large kitchen with access to a private garden, plus two bathrooms as well as a living room.
We are a friendly group of professionals who enjoy a relaxed home life, think quiet evenings in, sometimes cooking and eating together, the occasional local pint and a Sunday morning at the farmers' market or cinema. Sociable but chill, definitely not a party house.
Non-smoker preferred. No pets allowed unfortunately.
The house runs a cleaning rota and takes shared spaces seriously, so we're looking for someone who's respectful of the home and happy to pull their weight.
Rent: £724 pcm
Bills: ~£120/month (gas, WiFi, electricity, Council Tax) + water bill ~£150 every six months
It’s an all-female house. And we'd love to find a young professional at a similar stage of life looking for a long-term home rather than a short-term stopgap.
