Private room in Kilburn

Hi all! We're looking for a room mate to join our spacious three bed flat in Kilburn!

The room is a double (with bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers provided) and you'd be sharing a large bathroom with one other person (the third bedroom is an en suite).
There is a large shared lounge/ dining room/ kitchen which gets a lot of natural light and we love spending time in.

Money:
Rent is £950 a month plus bills. Anyone moving in would be taking our current flatmates place on the tenenacy and will therefore need a deposit of £1,000. The move in is mid-November (possibly can be flexible).

Location:
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Kilburn station (on the Jubilee line) and an 8 minute walk from Brondesbury station (on the Mildmay overground line).
The flat is located between West Hampstead, Cricklewood, Queens Park and Kilburn High Road with easy access to all.

About us:
You'd be moving in with me (Lauren) and Sarah. We are 28 and 27 and old school friends who have lived together for over 4 years, and are looking for another girl who wants to hang out in the evenings and possibly join us for runs/coffees/pub trips! We work in the civil service and charity sector and are both vegetarian (although this is not necessary for you!).

About you:
We're looking for a girl aged approximately 25-30 to join us in our lovely flat. No students sorry!

We've been in this flat for 3 years and our third flatmate is now moving in with her boyfriend, and we're looking for someone like minded to take her spot!

FYI: as seen from the pictures, there are cracks along the top of the back wall of the bedroom. A surveyor has assessed this and confirmed it does not pose a safety risk. The issue has been reported and is being dealt with.
