Huge Double Room With Own Bathroom in Queen's Park

We are three working professionals living in a massive mews house in Kilburn/Queen's Park, and the biggest room in our house has just become available. Don't worry, nobody has died or anything, but our good friend Joe is moving on to horizons new and though we are sad to see him go, we need someone to replace him.

The room itself is a huge, bright, double room with a walk-in wardrobe, and its own massive bathroom.

Shared facilities include a downstairs loo, a large kitchen with a separate utility room, a gigantic living room spread over two levels, and a cute little garden. We live in a gated compound just off a quiet road, and there is parking available, so if you want to bring your car/bike/jetski, you can keep it somewhere nice and safe off the road.

The area is peaceful and safe and still somehow manages to be close to everything. Within 10 minutes you have Kilburn Park, Kilburn, Brondesbury, Queen's Park, West Hampstead, West Hampstead Overground, and West Hampstead Thameslink, which gets you into Farringdon in 12 minutes (I've counted)!
