The master bedroom is available from the 1st December 2024 and is a good sized bedroom which has great light during the day ... with a shower en-suite ( with good water pressure for London ) ... the room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you want .... however there is currently a double bed futon and some clothing storage in there if needed … if not needed it’s then up to you to decorate with your own bed/wardrobe/ bedding / towels ...
This is a very clean and well kept flat with the usual mod cons (washing machine/ oven/ fridge/ microwave )
Most bills are included in the rent amount ( see end of ad )

I know a lot of people now WFH but I would prefer someone who doesn’t work full time at home …. as I’ve tried it and didn’t like it …. plus the internet here is great for tv/ basic entertainment not so much for high usage ... ( current flat mate bought his own internet box from EE for his room)
I also really don't enjoy having to constantly explain that leaving various items and lights switched on all the time raises the electricity bill by a lot …
The security deposit and rent are non negotiable ( I'm not the landlord ) ... and most of the monthly bills and utilities are included in the rent price
( except for gas and electricity and water )
Sky / Broadband/ Council tax / TV licence / Prime/ Netflix/ Disney/ Heating
Gas and Electricity and Water are also paid monthly (and are on a meter) and the bill varies on usage... combined cost is currently approx £20 - £35 per person per month ... please note this cost is with no one working from home .. obviously if you do work from home the electricity usage will go up and you will be expected to pay the difference of usage/cost ….
