Hello! My flatmate is moving out as she’s buying a place - so looking for a new flatmate to take over her room.

It’s a 2 bed 2 bath flat, sharing with just me. The flat is cute, the room is spacious with lots of storage, your own bathroom, a kitchen and a pretty big living room. High ceilings, huge windows and lots of natural light.

I'm an incoming trainee solicitor, I love literature, theatre, I paint and bake a great cakes. I’m looking for someone friendly and quiet with a similar lifestyle - someone happy to do their own thing, but i’m also up for a glass of wine at the end of a long day.

Super well connected as we’re in between the Jubilee, Bakerloo and two different overground lines - so easy to get pretty much everywhere. It’s a quiet street but only 5 minute walk to a high street, with lots of grocery shops like Aldi, Sainburys, TK Maxx, Boots, Superdrug. We’re also about a 15 minute walk to West Hampstead, with cute pubs and bars and a 10 minute walk from Queens Park, with lots of cute cafes, nice restaurants and a brilliant Sunday farmers market. Walking distance to Maida Vale and St John’s Wood too.

You can move in from March 10th, but totally flexible - latest move in date would be 1st April though.
