Bright Double Size Room in Guardianship

Hi,

Looking for someone relaxed and clean to share my flat with in a Dot Dot Dot Guardian property

It's a bright clean and spacious two bed in between Queens Park and Kilburn Park station - each about 10 min walk. There are buses within a couple of mins that can take you to central. Transport links are fab.

If you like parks Paddington Recreational ground is 5 mins walk with: gym, tennis courts and classes.

4 days a week I work in the city with Wednesday's off. This is usually my home / admin day. At the weekends I tend to go out 1 night week and chill the other. I tend to go to bars and queer club nights.

On work nights I like to chill and get to bed early, on off-nights I'm up for being social. I'd be happy with someone who enjoys hosting small groups of friends, equally happy with someone who likes to keep their home their sanctuary.

Would love it if you're someone I'd head to the pub or cafe with not stay a stranger sharing a house with me.

The flat has lounge, kitchen, two identical bedrooms, toilet, separate wet room shower, storage room for bikes, balcony and two smaller storage cupboards.

The flat came unfurnished when I moved in, your room would also be unfurnished. I re-painted it all white on moving in to get it fresh but I'd love to start adding some color - please feel free to make it yours.

Unfortunately Dot Dot Dot doesn't allow: pets, parties and smoking. Sad - I would love cats =(
