Hi! We’re looking for a woman to take over a spacious double room in our lovely two-bedroom flat, just moments from Kilburn Park Station.
I’m moving out to live with my partner, so you’d be sharing the flat with my close friend Marie — genuinely one of the easiest and nicest people to live with.
We met during our Master’s in Banking & Finance last year, and Marie now works in Investment Banking in London. She’s in the office five days a week, so the flat is usually quiet during weekdays and offers plenty of flexibility for working from home.
The room itself is very large, with beautiful natural morning light, and the flat is fully furnished and decorated to a high standard. There’s also a private patio overlooking a secure communal garden shared exclusively with other residents in the building.
Marie is tidy, respectful, and sociable while still appreciating personal space. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with friends. She’s originally from Belgium, grew up in the Netherlands, and speaks fluent French, Dutch, and English.
We’re ideally looking for someone similar — clean, considerate, and easy to live with — who’s looking for a comfortable and welcoming home rather than just a place to stay.
