Urgent! Double Room Available for July in Kilburn

We’re looking for a girl aged 20–29 to take a room in our flat near Kilburn High Road after a last-minute dropout. We’re already at the referencing stage, so we’re hoping to find someone as soon as possible.

Rent is £833 per month, with bills usually coming to around £100 per month. Council tax applies, so we’re looking for someone who doesn’t mind contributing. A UK homeowner guarantor is required.

A little about us:

Marvie (23) is a part-time student of Migration and Diaspora studies at SOAS and also works at a cafe

Trinity (23) works as a support worker for underage refugees in care.

We’re older sisters and hope to build a really warm and friendly home together. We’re both clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces, and we’d love to live with someone who is the same. We enjoy movie nights, cosy evenings in, good chats, and the occasional night out.

We’re hoping to find someone who wants more than just a place to stay and would enjoy being part of a friendly household where everyone gets along.
