Hello! We have just moved in to a lovely flat in Kilburn/North Maida Vale and we are looking for a new flatmate to join us and make their mark on the new place!

📍1 minute walk from Kilburn Park Underground (Bakerloo)
📍2 minute walk from Kilburn High Street Overground (Lioness)
🛒 Tesco's Express, M&S, Sainsbury's & Aldi all within close walking distance
🏞 10 minute bike ride to Regents Park. 20 minutes to Hampstead Heath and Hyde Park.
🏡The room has a king single bed, desk and an inbuilt wardrobe.
💰Rent is £850, bills are £80-100 per month. (Brent council. Council Tax Band - B ).
🍻Plenty of nice pubs nearby, plus 1 stop to West Hampstead and a short bus ride/cycle to Camden.

About the flatmates:
You'd be living with 2 friendly Aussies and one of the partners to be joining in September.
All of us love to have a yap over a bottle (or 2) of vino, our own quiet time, hanging out time watching TV, going for a picnic and allocated quiet reading time.
One works 3-4 days a week in the office and the other manages a bar in Paddington. The partner will be moving in from September as she is currently hiking the Pacific Crest Trail in the US 💃

We value how important it is making a share-house feel like a home, allowing us to make new friends, enjoy this city and as a base for travel 🙌

We have all lived in share-houses before and always loved the experience and understanding what makes a good one function. We're all respectful of each other's space but looking to set up a warm flat who's as happy doing our own thing as having/joining a dinner party or night out!

About you:
Values how important it is making a share-house feel like a home, creating the opportunity to make new friends and enjoy this city.

Mid-20s to mid-30s, clean, sociable but respectful of shared space. Bonus points if you're up for the occasional pub outing!
