1 Month Sublet

Hey, I’m looking for someone to sublet my single bedroom for 1 month (August 2026). It’s in a flatshare with 1 other student. My room has a large window with good lighting and ventilation. The room comes furnished with a single bed, a dresser/drawer chest, overhead shelves and a clothing rack. The shared kitchen has been recently renovated. The flat has a shared washing machine, refrigerator and microwave. We’re a 4 min walk to Kilburn High Road Station (Lioness Line), 10 min wak to Kilburn Park Station (Bakerloo Line) and 15 min walk to West Hampstead Station (Mildmay and Jubilee Line), as well as many supermarkets, local shops and restaurants on Kilburn High Street. My flatmate will be staying in the flat, she's friendly and happy to socialise and have a chat (or not) about astrobiology, plants, science fiction or just the latest event in pop culture! We’re all students/young, so we’d be most comfortable with welcoming another student or young professional into the flat.
