Sadly I’m moving out of my room, so we’re looking for someone to take my place in this lovely 3-bed flat in Maida Vale / Kilburn Park.

The flat is in a great location, right next to Paddington Recreation Ground, so it’s ideal if you like running, tennis, the gym or just having some green space nearby. It’s also really well connected - around a 7-minute walk to Kilburn Park (Bakerloo), 10 minutes to Kilburn High Road Overground (Lioness line) and about 12 minutes to Maida Vale (Bakerloo), and lots of bus stops nearby.

The flat has three bedrooms, a good-sized shared living space and kitchen and a private garden, which is perfect in the summer. It’s a relaxed, clean and well-looked-after home rather than a party flat. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, fitted wardrobe, bookcase and desk.

You’ll be living with two friendly, easy-going 27-year-old guys. They both work full-time, are tidy and considerate, and there’s a nice balance of hanging out together occasionally while also respecting each other’s space.
