Hi! I am renting a room from early November, placed conveniently near the Bakerloo line, and also walking distance to several Overground lines, the Jubilee line, and West Hampstead Thameslink.

You'll be sharing the house with one Aussie couple, and two Italians who are all working professionals. They are all friendly and enjoy an evening chat while cooking dinner. We have a large dining, living and backyard space (unusual for London!) and like hosting people occasionally especially in Summer.

Your room has its own bathroom with bathtub (not ensuite). The room comes furnished and the preference is for someone to buy the furniture as a package - this includes wardrobes, work from home set up, the bed and sofa. Yes, the room even fits in a sofa! Bills fluctuate occasionally but are around 142 per month.
