Cosy Town house over looking park 🥰

£967pcm plus bills (£50–70 + £35 council tax). It’s a 3-bed, equidistant from Kilburn Park and Maida Vale stations. The house backs onto a park and sports centre, so it’s super peaceful and feels safe, especially at night.

The main Tube line is the Bakerloo, which gets you into Central London in around 20 minutes. We’ve also got a bus stop just outside the house, so we’re really well connected all round — Notting Hill and Camden are around 20–30 minutes away, and there are direct buses to Victoria too.

The house has a terrace and a big living room separate from the kitchen, so there’s loads of space and potential to make it really cosy 🙂

The room available is the second-largest room, on the top floor at the back of the house, overlooking the park and neighbouring gardens 🪴

The contract is rolling monthly, and Ruje & I plan to stay for the foreseeable future, so we’re hoping to find someone who’s open to the same. The landlord is reasonable and easy to communicate with.

Ruje 🙋🏽‍♀️ Merchandiser working for a large retailer. I love hanging out with the people I live with and enjoying each other’s company — whether that’s watching TV, having snacks or sharing a drink. I enjoy trash TV/documentaries, trekking, podcasts, cooking and reading, and I’ve recently become a plant parent 🪴
I also love sewing/crafting, since my background is in fashion, and I’m always happy to help fix a hem! Just a lil homebody trying to live a soft life 🤭
