Single Room In King's Cross

We're preferably looking for female to share with us. There are currently 3 girls living in the flat in which all are working/studying full-time. The flat will have maximum 4 people when fully occupied.
Ideally located for working professionals or students who wants a nice and quiet place to live. Shared bathroom/toilet, separate toilet and kitchen. The flat does not have a lounge but have a big kitchen and has a dining table. No smoking or pets allowed.

There is a nice Regent Canel which is 2 mins walk from the flat which can also lead you to Kings Cross Station. Great for the summer.

The flat is about 5-7 minute walk to Kings Cross/ St Pancras International so transport is as convenient as it could get. 2 mins walk to nearest bus stop which takes you to the West End. Many other bus routes are nearby too.
Most major supermarkets Waitross (3 mins walk)/Tesco/Sainsbury's/Co-Op) are also a short walk away as well as small 24/7 corner shops. There are also many new restaurants, bars and places to eat or takeaways. Area is in regeneration so an great area to live with many interesting things happening locally.

However, the rent does not include utility bills (gas/electric shared among flatmates),
