Bright room in small flat near Kings Cross

Note - this is Monday to Friday only, maximum 3 nights per week. Please do not contact if unsuitable. Strong preference for female homesharer.
Good size room with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, small table. Wifi. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Must be mature and self-sufficient. Not suitable for home working.
Agree with my effort to live sustainably eg by using energy, water and resources sparingly.
(Washing machine not working at the moment). I occasionally smoke, therefore not a completely smoke free flat.
Share cleaning. No overnight guests.
'Right to rent check' required.
I am a vegetarian therefore it would not be possible to share with someone who cooks meat or fish.
A cat companion might be considered.
