Double room in central London, Bloomsbury Zone 1 available April to mid June.
We have a lovely, warm, quiet, double room in a traditional Georgian house in the fantastic zone 1 central district of Bloomsbury/Kings Cross/Clerkenwell.

Despite being in the heart of London, this is a quiet residential area and is full of character, with plenty of local shops, and travel connections minutes away. Amenities (social, travel, shopping) could not be closer, with an array detailed below:

Within easy walking distance to the West End, vibrant Angel, Clerkenwell, Shoreditch, and Camden Town areas. 10 mins walk to UCL and 20 mins to UCLH.

Russell Square/Brunswick SQ shopping centre with many bars, restaurants and supermarkets are a short hop away, with Holborn and the City literally at the end of the road.

Transport links across London, nationally and internationally via Eurostar are also all on your doorstep via King's Cross and St Pancras, with Euston a further few mins walk. Buses stop outside the door to the City, London Bridge, and north to Hampstead and Holloway.

The room is fully furnished with a good Emma mattress and kingsize bed, plus ample storage (wardrobe plus a chest of drawers), desk with a view across serene gardens. ALL bills including electricity, gas, water, council tax and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. All bedding is included but you are also welcome to use your own.

We are a busy household and while we keep things generally clean and tidy, our home is quite lived in and relaxed. We have 2 cats, so you will need to like animals :)

You will have access to all the usual amenities including washing machine, and kitchen facilities with dishwasher, microwave and cooker, however there is no shared living room.

You will be given plenty of privacy, while at the same time, we are always on hand to assist you and advise on places to go and things to do in the local area.

This is not a party house and we do not permit overnight guests.

Many London landmarks are within easy walking distance, including the British Museum, Russell Square, Tottenham Court Road and Regents Park.

We aim to keep the rent beneath the average price for the area (Zone 1), as we are aware that central London is a very expensive place to be right now.
