Lovely spacious double room available in a period conversion flat in King's Cross available from 1st July.

Only 6 minutes walk to King's Cross station, St. Pancras with several bus stops, Waitrose, Tesco Metro and Sainsbury's are located down the street. 7mins walk to Regent Canal, Coal Drop Yards and Canopy Market with all the cafes and shops options. 20mins walk to Angel Islington.

The room is fully furnished with a king size bed, built-in wardrobe and bookshelves, a sofa, a chest of drawer and a desk. There are two large windows that face towards the quiet street and receive sunlight throughout the day.

We are looking for a quiet, friendly and considerate female professional to share a clean, calm and pleasant home.

Bills are not included in the rent and are approx 130£ (including council tax, internet, electricity, gas, cleaner, wi-fi)
The flat doesn't have a living room, however we enjoy spending time in the small kitchen and in restaurants and cafe around the flat.
