My flatmate is going back to Italy for work.
So i'm looking for a new flatmate!
ABOUT THE LOCATION:
It is ideally placed in the more exciting part of the new development side of Kings Cross regeneration zone (aka new Google building location) that includes numerous parks, bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, and gyms at Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard. It is very close to Regents Canal that you can walk/jog all the way to Regents Park.
It’s a 10-minute walk fr/to Kings Cross–St. Pancras Station which serves:
Underground/Tube lines are Picadilly, Victoria, Northern and Circle, Hammersmith, & Metropolitan, City Thameslink, National Rail (GNR, LNER, etc.), Eurostar to Paris, Amsterdam, and Brussels. If you’re a potterhead, Platform 9 ¾ is also here, lol!
Overground Station (Caledonian & Barnsbury) is also just 12-minute walk, lots of buses can take you to almost everywhere in the city.
ABOUT THE FLAT:
It’s a fully-furnished 2-bedroom flat in a modern building with lift and porter services. The flat has private balcony at the good-sized living area with a fully fitted open plan huge kitchen and dining area in wooden floors with underheating.
The bedroom has carpet with double-sized bed, huge wardrobe, night table, a chest of drawers and a working desk.
Council Tax Band E.
ABOUT ME:
I'm an interior designer - I work 4x a week in the office and on Fridays I work from home. After work, I'm quite physically active - I go to gym, I run, I play frisbee, and learning tennis if not meeting up with some friends. On weekends, if I'm not travelling - I love going to music gigs/events, festivals, stand-up comedy, musicals, and trying out new food places. I do try to stay at home on Sundays to enjoy my rent lol - just binge watching rubbish reality TV or maybe play my guitar or ukelele but it won't be annoyingly loud, I promise haha!
ABOUT YOU:
Looking for a flatmate who will also become my friend but who also have their own friends. Someone who doesn't mind to have friends over like for dinner but is also considerate that we both want to relax on weekdays. I like someone who is environmental responsible and tidy like me (I am not a germophobe though!). I prefer someone who doesn’t work from home everyday (to save electricity) and preferably who is also single, I don't mind overnight visitors as long as it is not a regular or routinary visits. Overall, I just want someone respectful and someone happy 😊
*Rent EXCLUDES bills (council tax, electricity, water, broadband, and TV license, and cleaner)
**Please message me and tell me more about yourself, what you do, move-in date, and how long you intend to stay.
When you answer these, I can send a video through Whatsapp before arranging viewings in which I will conduct on weeknights and weekends.
Thanks a lot! :)
