Short Term Let in Kings Cross (4/9-25/9)

We have 2 rooms to let, 1 from 1st September and 1 from 1st October.

The house is situated right next to Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard, which offers plenty of pubs/bars, restaurants and shops and it is a short walk to Angel and Upper Street. Regent's canal and KX and St Pancras are 5-10 minutes walk away so it is easy to travel anywhere by train!

The house is terraced with front and back gardens. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. There's a kitchen/dinning room with a separate living room (with TV and all the necessary add-ons) and broadband is pretty fast. There is one bathroom and an additional toilet.

The house was refurbished in September 2022 with a new kitchen, flooring and was decorated throughout. Each room has a double bed and large storage cupboards.

The flatmates are professionals who have been in London for a few years. Vicki is a Doctor and Marco works in digital (and Reidar is a researcher at UCL who’ll be leaving in Oct). We keep the house clean and tidy and tend to chat in the kitchen if anyone’s around in the evenings.
