They are clean, respectful and friendly.

It is a tenancy takeover until 2nd September (you have a option to stay on). The rent is normally £269 but reduced over the summer so averages at £216. You will sign an agreement with Urbanest. They require payment by term or month in advance. Urbanest will require a guarantor.
