We are 2 young professionals looking for 2 new flat mates for our fantastic 4 bedroom house share near Kings Cross. There are three floors with the living room, kitchen and balcony on the first floor and then two bedrooms and a bathroom each on the second and third floor. The flat is in a beautiful townhouse only 1 minute walk from St Pancras and Kings Cross.

One of the available rooms is towards the back of the house and you’ll be sharing the bathroom with only one other person.

The second (smaller) room is on the third floor. Again, it's at the back of the house, and you'll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person.

There will be a double bed in this room as well. The single bed you see now will be removed.

Everything in the house is very new and the location exceptional.

Move in date is mid-June.

Bills come in around £100 per month.
