Hello! We're a friendly 3-person flatshare in King’s Cross / Russell Square.

The space is a 3-bed flat in a 6-storey block, very close to King’s Cross / St. Pancras station. Very close to the Eurostar, national rail and underground. There is also a Santander cycle stand right outside and plenty of buses, which go in all directions of London. There is a pub diagonally across the road with lots more around the area too.

The room is a small double room, with underbed storage and a set of drawers. It wouldn’t be suitable for someone working from home. We have a lovely bathroom with a rainfall shower and attachment, and a separate loo and sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge/freezer, electric oven/grill, gas hob, kettle, toaster, instant pot and dishwasher. We also have a washing machine and tumble dryer which is very convenient.

The large, shared living room has a 6-person dining table, sofa and a 42'' TV. We also have an XBox, board games, Netflix, iPlayer, Google Chromecast and Google-home lights.

I’m 40, British, work in finance. I like sports, reading and coding. My flatmate is 26, American, is studying for a masters in genetics. She likes music, cooking and travelling. It's an LGBT -friendly space.

All bills are included, including council tax (Band D), super-fast fibre internet, electricity, water, gas and a cleaner. We get loo roll, washing up liquid, hand wash and cleaning products in bulk too which is also all included.
