We are looking for a new flatmate to join our four-bed flat, as one of our housemates is moving out.

👩‍💻 About us
We are three professionals (1 male, 2 females), aged 26–30, working in consulting, media, and compliance. We enjoy being social as a flat (things like board games, going out for food, and to the pub) but we also value our own space and quiet downtime.

🍴 Flat vibe
- Bills, broadband & council tax all included
- Shared kitchen & living area (note: the TV in the photos belongs to our current flatmate, so it won’t be staying)
- One shared toilet, plus a separate WC and shower - all shared between the flatmates
- One flatmate doesn’t eat pork, so ideally looking for someone who doesn’t either
- No TV licence, so you would need your own if you want to watch live TV

📍 Location
- 7 minutes’ walk to King’s Cross Station
- Great transport links, shops, restaurants & pubs all nearby

📅 Availability
The room will be available from 15th August, as our current flatmate is moving out in August.

👤 Who we are looking for
- We would love a friendly, considerate professional who is up for the occasional board game or meal out, but also respects each other’s privacy and downtime.
