UCL tenancy take over urbanest kings cross

I'm looking for someone (UCL student) to take over my tenancy at urbanest Kings Cross this summer

Dates: 1st June 2026 - 12th September 2026 (flexible earlier start)
Room Type: private ensuite in a shared flat (19th floor, the views over London are honestly beautiful, especially the sunsets).
The flatmates are a friendly, sociable bunch, always up for doing things together if you fancy it.
Price: £325.01 per week (all bills, high-speed Wi-Fi, and contents insurance included)

The Building & Location:
prime location: just a 5-10 minute walk to Kings Cross / St Pancras, just a 15-20 minute walk to the Bloomsbury campus or a short busride

Study and social: 13th floor common room with panoramic London views, quiet study zones, and a free on-site gym to use, soon to be opened, free printing facilities, piano and TV room
convenience: supermarkets are just a 5-minute walk, secure bike storage (plus free use of urbanest bikes)

Safety: very secure building with fob access only

I'm only leaving because I'm moving in with my boyfriend, otherwise I'd be staying!
