Hi,
I am looking for a person to take over my flatmates room (queen bed) in a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom flat (1000 sqft) in Coal Drop Yard. I am a quant who works in the city. I work in the office 5 days a week.
I would like to prioritise good communication + easy going as the core values in a flatmate. I'm easy going + friendly (as reviewed by my current flatmate). Shared areas are kept in good condition.
This room is a non ensuite bedroom. There is a gym + dinner party room available in the building. There is also the ability to book badminton courts/football within the complex
My current flatmate is moving to NYC in August, and I'm looking for someone to take over his room.
