Lovely furnished double bedroom in King's Cross

Hi, we are Gaia and Sam and we’re looking for a female professional (PhD student can be considered) to join us in our cozy flat, with an incredible street-facing view. The flat is only 6 minutes walk to King's Cross station, St. Pancras with several bus stops. Waitrose, Tesco Metro and Sainsbury's are located down the street. 7mins walk to Regent Canal, Coal Drop Yards and Canopy Market with all the cafes and shops options. 20mins walk to Angel Islington.

The room:
A large double bedroom with high ceilings, carpeted floor and vast window with a lot of sunshine. You will be sharing one kitchen and one bathroom with us.

The room will be available from June. Bills are not included in the rent and are approx 120/140£ per month including Internet, gas, electricity, cleaner water and council taxes ( higher in winter and lower in summer).

A little bit about us:

Gaia - works in material design. She enjoys travelling and exploring the various parks in London. In her free time, she likes binging netflix, trying new food, going to exhibitions, and hanging out with friends.

Sam - works in public health and policy research. During the week, she enjoys working out and going to her ballet classes. In her free time, she also likes being out with friends, going to arcade, musical, and playing boardgames

We like living in a chilled, respectful, and clean flatshare. We also like occasional yapping and having a good laugh in the kitchen. Looking for someone who wants more than just a flatshare but a home and keeps the place tidy (unfortunately this is not a party flat and we prefer not hosting people over so often). This is one of three rooms so we’re hoping to find a friendly, clean, and quiet flatmate, who is happy with a relaxed home vibe.
