Bright Room in King's Cross and Private Bathroom

I'm moving out at the end of August and I'm looking for someone to take over my room.

The room will be available from 6th September. The rent is £1,400 per month and the deposit is £1,730.

One of the things I love most about the flat is the location. It's only about a 15-minute walk from King's Cross and you've got supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and shops all nearby.

The apartment is in a small private gated development, so it's very quiet, safe and tucked away from the main roads, which I personally really like.

The flat has two bedrooms. My flatmate has an en-suite bathroom, so the main bathroom would basically be yours. He's a 25-year-old Turkish guy who works at Apple and is super friendly, respectful and very clean.

The living room is spacious, there's a terrace, and the flat comes with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, a large fridge and a freezer. Bills are usually around £50–£70 per person per month.
