This flat is honestly in the best location with Kings Cross station nearby to get you basically anywhere (plus the Eurostar!), as well as the overground and a short walk to Angel/islington. There’s so many iconic pubs nearby as well like the Albion and Hemmingford, the canal is literally down the road and easy to get to Highbury Fields!
You'll be sharing with two friendly female professionals (non smokers) in their early 30s who are sociable and always up for a pint at the local. The girls are both relaxed and easy going, enjoy spending time together but also have their own social things going on.
The landlord is great to deal with (no need to mess around with an agent!) and the price is unbeatable at £800/month including all bills.
