Double Bedroom in Kings Cross

I am sadly leaving our flat in Kings Cross and looking for a new housemate to replace me! It’s a very spacious, four bedroom flat with a separate kitchen, living room, garden and bathroom with separate toilet.

The flat is in an amazing central location in Kings Cross Zone 1, with great access to public transport links. Only a 10 minute walk to both King’s Cross and Angel station, great access to Islington and easily walkable to central London!

You’ll be living with Alice (31), Monica (35), and Joe (36). We are all very friendly, working professionals. Our house likes a range of things like going to gigs, pop ups, hikes, and the pub.

We like to spend time as a flat, watching series or going for a drink after work, as well as having our own separate space.

We are looking for a similarly aged, working professional to balance out the house.

The room comes fully furnished with a small double bed, built in shelves, a good sized wardrobe and a chest of drawers as well as a mirror.

Rent is £855 pcm including bills (which also includes a fortnightly cleaner!)
