Our flatmate is moving out as he’s buying his own flat and his furnished double bedroom is available in a quiet flat overlooking Regent's Canal.

The flat is home to two friendly female professionals in their mid/late 30s. We are a quiet household, like to keep things tidy, enjoy a good kitchen chat, and eat mainly vegetarian/vegan. We're looking for someone with a similar outlook: considerate, clean, and happy in a calm, respectful household. We'd prefer a working professional in a similar age range rather than a student, but are otherwise fairly open. A Mon-Fri arrangement could also be considered (at the same rate).
