Hi everyone, I am looking for a flatmate to rent a fully furnished bedroom in a modern 2-bedroom apartment in Kings Cross as my current flatmate is finishing school. The room is available from August 15th ideally for at least a year. Rent is £1200 per month (excluding bills). Bills including council tax range 100-200 per person depending on the time of year. Deposit is 1 month rent. Reference required

About the Room:
* Spacious, bright room with a queen-size bed
* Plenty of storage with a wardrobe (with plenty of hangers), shelves.
* Large table and a office chair

About the Apartment
* Ground-floor with a small garden surrounding the flat. In the summer, we can do bbq and chill outside.
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooking wares, and utensils. So you can just move in with your suitcase :)
* Modern bathroom with shower and bathtub
* Quiet and residential neighborhood
* Please note: The flat already has a cat named Ellie. She’s really shy, and you don't have to let her in your room if you don't want to.
About the Location:
* Conveniently located between Kings Cross Station and Caledonian Road
* Excellent transport links with easy access to buses and trains
* 15 mins bike ride to LSE, Kings, UCL
* Nearby grocery stores (Waitrose, Iceland, Tesco, Coop), cafes, and other local amenities

About me:
* I work 9-5 and go to the office 2-3 times a week
* Clean, quiet, and respectful
* Non-smoker, and looking for someone similar
