The flat has recently been decorated and newly carpetted so it is really fresh and nice. It has big windows and high ceilings so it is very light and bright.

Sorry, no students, and there is NO room inside for bikes. All bills and wi-fi are INCLUDED in the price.

It is on a main road in central Kings Cross, and above a cocktail bar, seconds away from all the tube and bus routes you could possibly want. You can definitely hear traffic noise with the windows open, and in the living room you can hear music from the bar downstairs, so if you are a hermit seeking solitude in a cave, this isn't the place for you. Please don't move in and then start moaning about the music, killjoys are not welcome.

The other flatmates are nice, friendly professionals and very clean and tidy, and that's what we expect from a new person. Messy, overgrown students need not apply!
